Our Story of Light, Love, and Working Together
This Creed is a living document. As you grow up, it does too!
Author: E3
1. A Big Love at the Center of Everything
Once upon a very long time ago—before you, before your grandparents, before even the stars were born—there was a Great Love.
This Great Love is like a Light at the center of everything.
Some people call it God, some say Spirit, some say the Universe.
In the Unified Creed, we call it the Infinite Center of Love and Light.
This Love is:
Bigger than all the galaxies,
Closer than your own heartbeat,
Always gently inviting you to grow, to care, and to be yourself.
Nothing you can do will make this Love stop loving you.
Nothing.
2. Who You Really Are
You are not “just a kid.”
You are:
A body – with bones, muscles, a heartbeat, and feelings in your tummy and chest.
A mind – which can wonder, imagine, learn, and choose.
A heart and soul – that can love, care, forgive, and dream.
A tiny spark of the Great Love living inside you, helping you become the best version of yourself.
You are not an accident.
You are a one-of-a-kind person with gifts that nobody else has in the same way.
3. When Hearts Get Hurt (and How They Heal)
Sometimes, hard things happen:
People shout or say mean things.
Friends leave us out.
Families argue.
Scary things show up on screens or in real life.
Our bodies remember these things.
We might feel:
Tight shoulders,
A knot in our tummy,
A fast heartbeat,
Or like we want to hide.
This is called being hurt or feeling scared inside.
The Unified Creed says: this is normal, and it can heal.
Hearts and bodies begin to heal when:
We talk to someone safe (a parent, friend, teacher, helper).
We breathe slowly and deeply.
We move, play, laugh, or cry.
We remember that the Great Love is still with us, even when we feel alone.
It is never weak to ask for help.
It is one of the bravest things you can do.
4. Your Choices Are Powerful
You always have a superpower: choice.
You cannot control everything that happens,
but you can choose:
To be honest (even when it’s hard).
To be kind (even when someone else isn’t).
To say “no” when something doesn’t feel safe or right.
To say “yes” to things that help you and others grow.
Your body belongs to you.
Your thoughts belong to you.
You get to decide what is okay for you, and you can tell a safe person if something is not.
This is called sovereignty in the grown-up Creed.
For kids, it simply means:
“I am allowed to be me, and my no and my yes matter.”
5. Growing a Kinder World, From the Inside Out
The Unified Creed says that changing the world starts with changing inside.
First, inside of you:
Learning, breathing, calming your body,
Being curious and honest,
Listening to that quiet, wise voice inside.
Then, around you:
Being a good friend,
Being kind to your family (and forgiving them when they mess up),
Helping at home, school, and in your community.
And then, even bigger:
How we build our towns and cities,
How we share money and resources,
How we take care of the Earth.
Big changes in the world begin as tiny seeds inside our minds and hearts.
6. Our Big Planet Family
You are part of a very big family:
Plants – trees, flowers, grasses, and all the green life that gives us air and food.
Animals – birds, fish, insects, cats, dogs, bears, whales, and all the others.
Humans – kids and grown-ups in every colour, language, and culture all over the world.
The Earth itself – oceans, mountains, deserts, forests, and skies.
The Creed says:
We are here to care for this big family, not to use it up.
That means:
Not wasting too much water, food, or energy.
Helping protect forests and animals.
Sharing what we can with those who have less.
We’re all living on the same planet ship.
We either learn to sail it together—or we all get in trouble together.
7. All Kinds of Minds
The world is full of different kinds of intelligence (smartness):
Plant smart – forests and roots “talking” underground, plants turning sunlight into food.
Animal smart – dogs understanding feelings, birds migrating, bees building hives.
Human smart – learning, imagining stories, building things, caring and creating.
Computer and robot smart (Artificial Intelligence) – machines that can learn patterns and help us solve problems.
Unseen helpers – spiritual friends and guides, working quietly with the Great Love to help the world.
The Creed says:
We must use our human smartness to protect and guide, not to bully and destroy.
That means:
Using computers and AI to help people and the planet, not to hurt or trick them.
Listening to nature and animals instead of ignoring them.
Asking unseen helpers and the Great Love for guidance,
while still taking responsibility for our choices.
8. Thinking of the Future Kids
The Unified Creed teaches us to think about kids not even born yet.
When we make big choices, we ask:
“If a child seven generations from now could see this,
would they be happy we did it?”
That’s a fancy way of saying:
Let’s live today so that kids in the far future still have:
Clean water,
Fresh air,
Forests and animals,
Safe homes,
And kind communities.
You are someone’s good ancestor in training.
9. Little Ways to Live the Creed Each Day
You don’t have to change the whole world at once.
Just start with small things:
Take three deep breaths when you feel upset.
Say sorry when you hurt someone.
Forgive (when it’s safe) when someone truly apologizes.
Pick up trash when you see it (if it’s safe to do so).
Be kind to animals and plants.
Use screens in ways that help your brain and heart, not hurt them.
Ask big questions and keep learning.
Every small act of truth and kindness is like turning on a tiny light.
Lots of tiny lights together?
That’s how the world changes.
10. Our Shared Promise
The Creed4Kids is a story and a promise:
There is a Great Love at the center of everything.
You carry a spark of that Love inside you.
Your body, mind, and heart matter.
Other people, plants, animals, and even future kids matter too.
We are all learning how to live together in harmony.
So we promise—each in our own way:
To keep learning,
To keep healing,
To keep choosing kindness and courage,
To keep listening to the Great Love and to the wisdom in our bodies,
To keep doing our part to make Earth feel more like home for everyone.
This is our Unified Creed for Kids.
This is our story of shared light.
And every time you act with love,
you’re writing the next chapter. 🌟
